We probably don't want to upgrade this yet, because 0.22 introduces an API
change that breaks py-tree-sitter-languages:

If we _do_ want a newer version, then is this a case where we have something
like py-tree-sitter021 to have a 0.21 version compatible with existing clients?

It seems to me like upstream needs to get aligned before we do anything. Is
there someone needing 0.25.x specifically?
