- Add modules for:
  * Codec2 - low-bitrate speech codec;
  * evdev input support;
  * PipeWire and sndio sound backends;
  * in_band_dtmf and augain audio filters;
  * WebRTC Acoustic Echo Cancellation.
- Unbreak D-Bus module.
- Build opus_multistream along with opus module.
- Standardize option names and remove redundant descriptions of common
  options for better sanitization.
