full disclosure: I don't run mastodon myself. I did a quick test setup using
instructions at https://wiki.freebsd.org/Ports/net-im/mastodon and it was
pretty rough. Lots of permissions were off, it wants to default to vips instead
of imagemagick... Adding this patch here for any mastodon users to test.
