version from december 2024 with better PHP 8.4+ support.

For the update, i fetch all package directly from download.pear.php.net and i
recreate the archive like before.

The only issue is the not versioned "go-pear" install script, but it hasn't
changed in decade.

package tested on real hardware: FreeBSD 14 and 15, PHP 8.4 and 8.5
