While updating port, make it a bit usable: build basic sound codecs
and alsa plugin by default. 
It could be useful for people not to build it from ports, but to install a
package with basic functionality sufficient to test the SIP server. Yesterday I
tried to use it for tests since it's probably the only SIP client available in
the FreeBSD pkg repository, but it was almost useless without basic sound
codecs and a backend.
