www/angie-module-rtmp: mark as deprecated, set expiration date to T+2 months

Sorry for the delay, I just stumbled across this PR. The email must have
slipped past me.

FULL ACK regarding retiring this port. Bug reports and pull requests on the
github project are piling up, yet the last commit was on December 2024 (and a
total of only 4 commits in 2024). <insert dead-parrot-sketch phrases here>

According to the porters handbook it is customary to give a 2-month grace
period for non-security related deprecation, so I set the EXPRIRATION_DATE to
2025-12-14.

If anyone still uses/needs this module and can't switch to the mentioned
multimedia/mediamtx module, please try to resolve the upstream situation (e.g.
by forking). I'm willing to extend the EXPRIRATION_DATE if there are any
meaningful efforts to revive the project.
