graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool: Update to 13.36

Exiftool now has 13.36 version as production release.
From upstream, just small fixes and some improvements.

portlint - pass
portclippy - pass
portfmt - pass

Tested build and testport on poudriere-devel (3.4.99.20251006) on FreeBSD 13.5
and 14.3.
