Switch-to-pulseaudio-and-some-Find-library-fixes

Linphone initially utilises the computer's full capacity for a while and then
crashes as soon as audio functions are used. This is caused by mediastreamer in
conjunction with oss. Switching to Alsa also leads to a crash, but everything
works as expected with Pulseaudio.
