Patch

Add AAC option to enable m4a and mp4 audio file format support. Upstream
disables this by default on Linux due to licensing issues with FAAD.

My music library has m4a and m4p files, so I would advocate for FreeBSD to
enable this by default, especially since there is no restriction on binary
distribution of the faad package. However, I'll leave this decision up to the
port maintainer.

Since this patch does not touch the default options, no PORTREVISION bump.
