[Bug 289336] graphics/synfigstudio: pollutes file system during build

I just ran this against virgin 13.5 and 16 jails
and I can't reproduce this. I notice a couple of
things;

1 Synfig Studio is @ 1.45_5
I notice you're at 1.45_4.

2. Synfig requires updating databases. But
external utils already installed on your
system manage those updates. It's the responsibility
of those utilities to perform their tasks responsibly.
This port does not run those commands itself.

3. pkg-fallout doesn't report any mismanagement or errors
by this port.

I'm not sure what else to do.
