I ported this myself and the work is 90% the same. I will combine your work
with my own and get this committed.

Note, you don't need to use mac_portacl. Stalwart already has the ability to
drop privileges by obeying the RUN_AS_USER and RUN_AS_GROUP envs. If those are
set, it drops privs.
