It's been 3 weeks and the maintainer hasn't approved several patches now. Not
sure if they're burned out, busy or moved on. @stb, if you're reading this,
I'll happily co-own the maintenance of this.

What's the usual timeout?

I'm expecting 12.0.5 to be released in the next few days (maybe a week, two at
most). I'll spin up a patch for that too when it arrives. It'd be nice for the
community to get the patches a bit faster.
