filesystems/moosefs-*: update to 4.58.1; remove moosefs2-* and moosefs3-*
(deprecated and not supported anymore)

* Update MooseFS to the latest stable version (4.58.1)
* Change MooseFS ports naming scheme so that it is simply moosefs-*
* Remove moosefs2-* and moosefs3-* (End of Life, deprecated and not supported
anymore) as per https://moosefs.com/support/#moosefs-support-status

This change passes QA (port test, poudriere).
