patch reduced to Mk/Scripts/qa.sh (only part maintained by portmgr@)

We need to update qa.sh so it correctly flags ports using one of the newer
openssl3* ports and can remove checks for openssl31 and openssl32 that were
removed from ports.

Please approve and/or commit directly. I intend to MFH this to 2025Q4, too.
