Also, after fixing the configuration step, I see the following messages in the
make log:

Making all in tools/pcc
gmake[2]: Entering directory
'/usr/ports/net/prrte/work/prrte-3.0.12/src/tools/pcc'
gmake[2]: Nothing to be done for 'all'.
gmake[2]: Leaving directory
'/usr/ports/net/prrte/work/prrte-3.0.12/src/tools/pcc'

And running the make install or make package commands produces the following
error:

pkg-static: Unable to access file
/usr/ports/net/prrte/work/stage/usr/local/bin/pcc:No such file or directory
*** Error code 1
