jellycli port patch

This adds multimedia/jellycli, a terminal-based client for the Jellyfin media
server written in Go. It provides a keyboard-driven TUI for browsing and
playing media via the Jellyfin API.

- Builds from a pinned commit (reproducible snapshot)
- Single binary install under /usr/local/bin
- Creates user config on first run at ~/.config/jellycli/jellycli.yaml

QA:
- make check-plist: OK
- make stage-qa: OK
- Local package built via 'make package': OK
