Updated with suggested changes.

Regarding XSECURELOCK_PAM_SERVICE, it changes the PAM service xsecurelock
authenticates under.  I'm not sure if exposing it as a make variable is the
best way to handle it, but that's what www/apache24 (as an example) does for
some of its options.  Similar to that port, I added some text in pre-extract to
help explain it.

Added pandoc as a dependency to build the manpage as requested.
