This compiles but does not run due to a regression in wgpu that caused FreeBSD
to not be able to use wgpu backends. wgpu has fixed the backend issue in their
latest version https://github.com/gfx-rs/wgpu/pull/8246 and iced, the GUI
library used by Halloy, updated their version a few days ago

I reached out to the Halloy devs because they are using their own fork of iced.
Hopefully they can pull these changes into their fork in the next few days.
