Hello! I wanted to make a few comments regarding this proposed port of Tenacity
to FreeBSD.

First off, as a maintainer of Tenacity, thanks for packaging Tenacity for
FreeBSD! All packaging efforts are greatly appreciated and we will assist you
in making upstream changes to make Tenacity work with little to no modification
with your package.

Second off, it appears you are packaging the latest 1.4 alpha 1 release. Keep
in mind that this is an alpha release. It is feature incomplete and has some
things missing. We prefer that you package the latest stable release, 1.3.4,
instead. Alternatively, you can wait until we release, 1.3.5, which, while
unplanned, can feature some FreeBSD fixes ahead of a FreeBSD port. I'm
currently working on some FreeBSD fixes here too:
https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/tenacity/pulls/623. This can be backported to
the upcoming 1.3.5 release as needed.

If you have any issues to report upstream, please make an issue over at
https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/tenacity. If you have changes to submit, you
can either submit them via a pull request over at our Codeberg repo or you
could submit a patch via our tenacity-dev mailing list over at
~tenacity/tenacity-dev@lists.sr.ht (archives are available at
