Looks good, but can the attachment be in a diff or git-format-patch(1) format?
shar has been removed from the base system at least in -CURRENT.
Those running LibreSSL as the default SSL/TLS provider will need the openssl
and openssl-sys crates updated to at least 0.10.74 and 0.9.110 respectively, as
these are the first versions to support the latest LibreSSL 4.2. They can be
manually adjusted in Makefile.crates without touching Cargo.lock.
