Hi,

    Starting with Jenkins 2.509 upstream uses JDK21 in published images.
    Let's follow upstream and run on a modern JDK.
    All FreeBSD architectures that have JDK17 also have JDK21.
    NB: Jobs in Jenkins can/should use their own compiler version.

What do you think? Can I commit this?

Side story:
Upstream Jenkins-lts images will be JDK21 based from 2.504.2 (see
https://github.com/jenkinsci/docker/pull/2008).
If you support this change I would like to switch jenkins-lts at the next
2.5XY.1 version to be on the safe side.
