Hi!

I created a patch to update the port to the latest version.

Upstream is moving to meson build system, so I modified the port to use that.

I also added a patch (submitted upstream [1]) to modify the port to properly
detect and link to libdevstat.

I obviously tested this in poudriere and am running it successfully locally.

Can you commit or approve this update?
