0.25.1 -> 0.26.0 update
headscale 0.26.0 has breaking changes
https://github.com/juanfont/headscale/releases/tag/v0.26.0
I have updated pkg-message to indicate this.
The patch has only been tested in amd64.
I shall try to run a build in aarch64 and update once I have my findings.
This also obsoletes bug #273767 and addresses the comment bug #273767, comment
