Description:

* Add TEST_DEPENDS=devel/py-pyyaml
* Add PYTEST_BROKEN_TESTS=test_sshuserclient
* Pet portfmt/portclippy

QA:

* portlint: OK (looks fine.)
* testport: OK (poudriere: 14.2-RELEASE, amd64)
