After a cursory look, I wasn't able to find the code that I imagine exists that
filters out base system libraries from the shared libraries dependencies list
(libpkg/pkg_elf.c, if anyone can help look...).

However, I did find something called SHLIB_REQUIRE_IGNORE_GLOB and
SHLIB_REQUIRE_IGNORE_REGEX that could perhaps be used.
