[Bug 286545] net/phpldapadmin version 2

So, I've made first attempts to make a port of net/phpldapadmin2. But it is not
so simple :-))) According to documentation I have to use npm, composer as
run_depends to install external dependencies.

I have to read ports handbook also how to use these tools (like npm and/or
php-composer).

That's the report of my work :-)
