attached patch makes did for mongo 70 & 80...(50 & 60 left to interested
reader?)

question tho: is scons.py something we wanna $WRK_ENV $MAKE_ENV or just
$WRK_ENV like i got here? i'm thinkin just $WRK_ENV but i dont daily python nor
scons
