As of 1.0.29, carton moved from using App::cpanminus to Menlo; x-ref
https://github.com/perl-carton/carton/commit/c4f9df323435bb07d0c2e3ffda1b9300875e110a

But the port is still depending on devel/p5-App-cpanminus, and not a
devel/p5-Menlo (which doesn't exist).
