It may or may not be accepted as-is. A "Windows Dev Kit 2023" is an aarch64 computer that Microsoft used to sell. They support Windows 11 Pro on it but it can boot other operating systems, such as FreeBSD. I directly boot FreeBSD for the most part on it. But operation under the Windows 11 Pro's Hyper-V virtual machine environment is also possible for some versions of FreeBSD.
