Boost 1.87 patch for cpprestsdk.

Cpprestsdk fails to build with boost 1.87 and is also marked as broken.
Cpprestsdk should build and run with a patched devel/websocketpp (bug 286903)
and this patch.

I think it is unlikely that upstream is going to do anything except maybe
security fixes. Although the issue has been reported upstream as well.

Note that this depends on bug 286903 (devel/websocketpp) as cpprestsdk will not
build without a patched websocketpp as well.
