The pkg binaries for databases/postgresql17-server (17.4_1) in
14/quarterly/amd64 are out of sync with icu.  The latter is now at icu-76 but
Postgres is dynamically linked against icu-74.

I believe this may also apply to databases/postgresql15-server.  I haven't
checked other major versions of postgres.
