Now that perl5-5.40 is the default, I upgraded from 5.36, then ran
portupgrade -vf $(pkg shlib -qR libperl.so.5.36)

amavisd-new was in the list and indeed rebuilt. p5-Time-HiRes was rebuilt, too

When I try to launch amavisd, I get this

[root@numenor ~]# amavisd
panic: XSUB Time::HiRes::gettimeofday (HiRes.c) failed to extend arg stack:
base=828798018, sp=828798030, hwm=828798028

My OS is FreeBSD 13.5-STABLE-amd64 whith HEAD port tree
