Patch for yazpp

* Adjust port Makefile to closer follow Porters Handbook

Compile tested on FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)

Poudriere testport OK 13.5-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 14.2-RELEASE (amd64)

Tested with following consumers using Podriere on 14.2-RELEASE (amd64):
net/yazproxy
