Update port

Fixes some issues with the earlier ports file:

* Builds were broken on 32-bit platforms due to the dependency on pandoc. That
was rather silly---upstream will provide manpages.

* pkg-descr was missing for the "coexist" flavor

* GH_TAG crept in by accident during testing of the port, it shouldn't have
been there

Updates PORTREVISION to 1.
