Patch distinfo for version 4.3.1

claws-mail version 4.3.1 was released in February.  Attached patch builds
version 4.3.1 successfully, but I am a complete claws-mail noob (trying to get
out of using thunderbird).  The resulting build starts,  but I use non-standard
ports for email submission and IMAPS, so I can't do any actual email with it
yet.

Perhaps the GTK3 option, rather than the GTK2 option, should be the default
since (for me) the version 3 build (using GTK2) did not even start the
configuration wizard.  At least the version 4 build start.
