patch for sysutils/backuppc4

Both patches — 256011 (sysutils/backuppc4) and 256012 (sysutils/backuppc-devel)
— are still needed. I believe that patch 256011 was flagged as "obsolete" by
mistake, so I’ve removed the "obsolete: flag from 256011 so both fixes can be
reviewed and merged.
