Noted that there is development going with a new version of PLA, just wanted to
check if there is any work happening for FreeBSD.

Previous version does not get any updates so it will die over time, active
support for PHP 8.2 already ended with security patches until 2026.

As an daily driver of PLA I would very much like to see the new version
appearing here.
