Patch for smartmontools

* Change PORTDISTVERSION to DISTVERSION (Porters Handbook)
* Don't install example scripts, removes USES= shebangfix and clutter
* Remove GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX
* Minor rework of Makefile layout

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist)

Poudriere testport OK 13.4-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 13.4-RELEASE (i386)
Poudriere testport OK 14.2-RELEASE (amd64)
