Having seen multiple complaints about
pkg-static: An error occured while fetching package: No error
in the FreeBSD forums

I now got hit with the same in a poudriere bulk run:

So this is happening in a clean jail and I'm pretty sure that here are no
network problems.
As some people are affected and do have little idea what causes this problem,
