Patch to update deskutils/orage to 4.20.1

The submitted patch updates the "deskutils/orage" port to version 4.20.1

Port changes:
- Update PORTVERSION to 4.20.1
- Update distinfo file

Orage 4.20.1 changes:

- Fixed event structure initialization, TODOs was not correctly displayed
- Replaced deprecated exo with libxfce4ui
- Translation updates
