net-im/prosody: update to 13.0.0

 * Update to new major version 13.0.0
 * Add update hints to pkg-message
 * Add patch for FreeBSD <14

QA:

 * portlint: OK (1 warning regarding the use of /var/db)
 * testport: OK (poudriere: 13.5-AMD64/i386, 14.2-AMD64/i386)

According to the release notes this should be a straight forward update for
most installations. In case a database schema upgrade is required, pkg-message
has instructions.

On FreeBSD <14 we revert commit fb970df95374 in order to still build and work
with OpenSSL from base.
