Submitting tvision from magiblot, which is a modern version of the Turbo Vision
library from Borland.
Porlint, fmt and clippy are "happy".

(NOTE: could not yet test on poudriere, due to issues with my machine. Will do
this over the coming days; in case of any problems, I will provide the
necessary updates. In in the meantime someone has the time to test, I would be
glad to hear about any possible issue)
