[PATCH] biology/bwa: update 0.7.18 => 0.7.19

Release 0.7.19 (22 March 2025)

Notable changes:

    Bugfix: internal @HD lines. The bug was introduced in 0.7.18.
    Merged #414, #391, #346, #312, #311, #308, #291, #288, #286 and #212

BWA produces alignments identical to v0.7.17 and v0.7.18.
