Move from pcre to pcre2-8 - patch 0

Attached is the patch to move "sysutils/less" from deprecated PCRE to PCRE2
(pcre2-8). The "-8" version was used based on the example of "textproc/gnugrep"
port.

The patch adds "PORTREVISION= 1"; let me know if I would need to change that.

Without issues it built, ran, found "\s", "\t".
