I have done some testing, but maybe I did not understand the bug report
correctly as I was unable to reproduce any bug.

All my tests have been done using lang/gcc13 (GCC_DEFAULT) in a brand new
poudriere 14-STABLE jail. I have built successfully:

- math/openblas with DYNAMIC_ARCH=OFF;
- math/openblas with DYNAMIC_ARCH=ON;
- math/octave;
- cad/freecad.

Is the bug still present? Maybe it has been fixed by some recent commit in
14-STABLE? Or have I done something wrong in my tests? Should I try to run
math/octave or cad/freecad instead of just building them?
