[PATCH] print/pslib: adopt and update 0.4.6 => 0.4.8

Version 0.4.8
        - use unique marker for embedded eps images. This allows to embed
          eps files created by pslib.
        - fix compile warnings

Version 0.4.7
        - minor build fixes
