[PATCH] astro/siril: update 1.2.5 → 1.2.6

Siril 1.2.6 Release Notes

We are happy to announce the release of Siril 1.2.6. Although Siril 1.2.5 was
supposed to be the last update in the 1.2 series, a critical bug in the Windows
version required us to release a new patch. This bug was introduced after a
recent update of cfitsio which caused issues with widechar filenames that were
not UTF-8 encoded.

This update mainly addresses this problem, ensuring that Siril works seamlessly
with non-UTF-8 filenames on Windows. We appreciate your patience and feedback
in helping us resolve this issue.

List of fixed bugs (since 1.2.5):

    Fixed issue with widechar filenames on Windows after cfitsio update.
    Fixed sign error in Messier catalog
    Fixed Save As feature
    Changed configuration directory on macOS to org.siril.Siril
