The ipfw(4) collector needs rework. First, it doesn't compile on src/main
__FreeBSD_version 1500034, i.e. after commits

Second, no ipfw(4) statistics is displayed on systems running recent src/main.

I'll shortly submit a patch that fixes the first item of my list, but more work
is clearly needed.
