Hi,

I've been trying to build quiche 0.32.4, but since this version there's a rust
crate that extracts to the exact same directory as the tarball. This is causing
an extract failure, which I've been unable to resolve.

The latest version I have been able to compile is 0.32.2

Any ideas on how to resolve this are welcome. I've tried everything, but to no
avail.
