This port worked fine as of 2024Q4 ... but now:

> /usr/local/libexec/nagios/check_mysql_health
Name "Monitoring::GLPlugin::plugin" used only once: possible typo at
/usr/local/libexec/nagios/check_mysql_health line 363.
UNKNOWN - module Monitoring::GLPlugin was not found. Either build a standalone
version of this plugin or set PERL5LIB
Can't locate Monitoring/GLPlugin.pm in @INC...

It seems that Monitoring::GLPlugin is not installed? It also appears there's no
existing port for Monitoring::GLPlugin nor (by the above) is this included in
the package.
